How to score Spades
Spades is usually played by two partnerships; enter each team as one player. A team that takes at least as many tricks as it bid scores 10 points per trick bid, plus 1 point for every extra trick (a bag). A team that falls short loses 10 points per trick bid. Every 10 bags collected costs 100 points. A successful nil bid is worth 100 points and a failed one costs 100 (200 for blind nil). Add a row for every hand; the first team to reach 500 points wins.
