How to score Skull King
Skull King has ten rounds, with one card dealt in round one, two in round two and so on. Players bid how many tricks they will win. A correct bid of one or more scores 20 points per trick; a wrong bid loses 10 points for every trick over or under. A correct bid of zero scores 10 points times the round number, and a failed zero bid loses the same amount. Players who made their bid also collect bonus points, such as 10 for each standard 14, 20 for the black 14, 20 for each Mermaid captured by a Pirate, 30 for each Pirate captured by the Skull King and 40 for capturing the Skull King with a Mermaid. The highest total after round 10 wins.
