How to score Welcome To…
Welcome To… ends when a player crosses off their third permit refusal, completes all three city plans or builds every house, and each player scores from their own sheet. Enter the points of each city plan (the higher number if you were first to complete it), your parks, pools and completed estates. The temp agency gives 7 points to the player with the most temps, 4 to the second and 1 to the third, and tied players score the same. Type bis, roundabouts (advanced variant) and permit refusals as they are, and the sheet takes them off. The highest total wins; a tie goes to the player with the most completed estates, then the most estates of 1 house, then of 2 houses and so on.
