How to score Twilight Struggle

Twilight Struggle uses a single victory point track that swings towards the US or the USSR. The game ends at once if a player reaches 20 points, if a player controls Europe when it is scored, or if DEFCON drops to 1, in which case the player who caused it loses. Otherwise the final scoring after the last turn decides it. Record the final score and how the game was won. If the final scoring ends at 0, the game is a draw: pick both players and the draw.
