How Secret Hitler is won

In Secret Hitler the liberals win when five liberal policies are enacted or when Hitler is executed. The fascists win when six fascist policies are enacted, or when Hitler is elected chancellor after the third fascist policy. When the game ends, put the winning team’s players first, note the teams, and pick how the game was won.
