How Risk is won
In the standard game of Risk you win by eliminating every opponent and occupying all 42 territories. In the secret mission variant, each player has a hidden objective, and the first to complete it wins. The rules for two players use neutral armies. When the game ends, put the players in order, the winner first, and pick how the game was won.
