How to score Rebirth
In Rebirth tiles score as you place them: 1 point per tile in the farm cluster you just made or grew, small settlements their influence, medium settlements 5 and 3 (8 for a player alone), large settlements 8 and 5 (13 alone) and 1 per settlement tile on a port; type those points in the first row. At the end, each tile in an incomplete settlement scores like a small settlement (its influence), each castle you control gives 5, and you add your completed mission cards and 3 for each cathedral bonus card. On the Scotland side the highest total wins and a tie goes to the player controlling Edinburgh Castle, then Stirling Castle; on the Ireland side a tie goes to Blarney Castle, then the most spaces next to the Hill of Tara.
