How to score Ramparts

Ramparts ends immediately when all four building plots of one district hold towers of the same colour (or early, when no towers are left in any street or a player can’t move a tower). Each level of a tower on the 32 building plots scores 1 point for the player whose colour is on top, and the towers in the district that ended the game score double. Type each player’s total. The most points wins.
