How to score Power Grid: Recharged

Power Grid: Recharged ends in the round when a player’s network connects the number of cities the rules set for your player count. In that last bureaucracy phase, each player powers as many cities as their power plants and resources allow; type that number. Connected cities you can’t supply don’t count. The most cities powered wins; a tie goes to the player with the most money left, then the most cities in their network.
