How to score Claim 2
At the end of Claim 2, compare the score piles faction by faction: the player with more cards of a faction wins its vote, and on equal counts the player with the highest-numbered card of that faction wins it (then the second highest, and so on). Enter how many of the five factions each player won. The player who wins more factions wins the game.
