How to score Barrage

Barrage scores victory points during play on the score track, from contracts, round scoring and buildings. At the end, players add their national contract or objective points, points for water held behind their dams and leftover resources. Write the score track total and then the end-game rows; a tie goes to the player who produced the most energy in the last round.
